The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Anesthesiologist Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association was grandly held in Shanghai from August 7th to 9th.  Simultaneously live online and offline to discuss the construction and future development of anesthesia from multiple disciplines and perspectives.

Professor Li's lectures are divided into three sections: the necessity of NIRS cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring, clinical application, and prospects.

In the part of clinical application, Professor Li introduced the clinical guidance value of NIRS from the clinical application of extracardiac surgery, extraneous surgery, beach chair position shoulder surgery, and one-lung ventilation surgery.  Emphasizes the importance of NIRS cerebral oxygenation in extracardiac, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, special extracorporeal surgery and ICU application, and highlights the guiding value of NIRS cerebral oxygenation and multiple devices to provide important brain protection for perioperative patients.  The technology has made application prospects.

The CAA2020 Enginmed Satellite Conference successfully completed this grand event across time and space through online methods.  Anesthesiologists across the country actively participate in the conference, participate in interactive communication in the academic section, and realize academic exchanges without space constraints.  Everyone has gained a lot, and the experts have shared their experience summed up through practice without reservation.
